David Coston

David Coston has been working as an engineer in the field of energy for over 45 years. He began his career in the mining industry and after several years established an engineering consulting practice to serve mining industry customers as well as those in other fields of energy production, delivery, and utilization. That original consulting business has grown over the years serving major commercial, industrial, and utility clients in numerous geographical locations around the world by providing advice and direction on the design, maintenance, and management of energy conversion systems. As President of United Energy, he oversees strategic planning and direction for the firm and continues to be involved in providing electrical and energy engineering consulting services to all clients. David is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois and Indiana having earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. Additionally, United Energy, Inc. is licensed as a Professional Engineering Design Firm in the State of Illinois.
