For the past few years United Energy has offered clients thermal inspections from the ground and more recently the air. Now, in an effort to provide more detailed actionable data for our clients, United Energy and Power Imaging have invested in a new aerial platform. This new bird carries a long zoom camera that allows us to get super detailed images of lines, connections, insulators, and structures from a safe distance.
Using this type inspection system, we can identify problem areas quickly without risking injury to personnel who would otherwise need to climb a line support structure.
